Support
AEVOR is in beta through TestFlight. This page says how to reach us, what to put in a bug report, and where to find things in the app.

This address and number are for AEVOR itself. For how a device behaves, or how to install it, use the manufacturer's own documentation.
When you message us we receive what you send and the contact details that come with it. The Privacy page says more.
Sending a bug report
A good report lets us repeat the problem. Please include:
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The steps that make it happen, if you know them. For a crash, what you last tapped before AEVOR closed.
- Your device (for example an iPad Pro or a MacBook Air) and its system version.
- The AEVOR version and build. Open the project name at the top of the screen and choose About AEVOR…: the version and build are at the top. TestFlight shows them too.
- A screenshot or a screen recording, if the problem is something you can see.
If the problem only happens in one project, say so. Please do not send a client's plans or drawings unless you are allowed to: describing the project, or making the problem happen in a new one, is usually enough. If we do need the project, we will say so and how to send it (see Export your projects below).
TestFlight can also send feedback with a screenshot, from the TestFlight app. It reaches us if you have allowed sharing with developers in your TestFlight settings.
Where things are in the app
The Help Center
Press Help (the question mark, top right of the title bar) and choose Help Center. Type what you are looking for, for example report, height or hub, and each answer says where the feature is. The same menu has the walkthrough, and Getting started, which opens an editable sample project.
Export your projects
Open the project name in the title bar and choose Export Project…. It saves a .aevor file you can keep or send. Import Project… opens one. To make a PDF report, press Report at the top right.
Autosave is on, so exporting is for backups and for moving a project. If you delete the app, a project that is not exported, or not in your own private iCloud, is gone.
Delete your account
Open Account & Sync (the person icon, top right of the title bar) and press Delete Account… at the bottom. You choose whether the copies in iCloud, and the projects and settings on this device, go with it. This cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription or end a free trial: Apple manages those in your Apple Account.
Product data
AEVOR does not come with a product catalogue. You import your own catalogue file: switch Mode (top left) to Catalogue and choose Import catalogue…. Names and figures are shown as the file gives them, and where the file does not say, AEVOR shows unknown rather than guessing. Until you import one, the Devices list has only sample stand-in devices and any custom devices you create.
During the beta
Nothing is charged and nothing is limited. Subscriptions are not live and nothing can be bought.
AEVOR is a design aid. What it draws and reports are estimates, and every design must be checked on site.
